As every year, this year, with our "little M\u00e1chov pilgrimage", we will celebrate the May time of blooming spring and love and pay tribute to Karel Hynek M\u00e1ch and the landscape he loved so much. \u2013<\/em>Koko\u0159\u00ednsko and Podbezd\u011bz\u00ed. This time we have chosen a route (46 km) that will lead from Lib\u011bchov via Tupadly to Pust\u00fd z\u00e1mek and from there eastwards via St\u0159ezivojice to Ole\u0161no and then along the well-known path to Houska and from there via Bo\u0159ejov and Okna to Bezd\u011bz. You can travel with us at your own discretion: either complete the entire route or join us anywhere during the journey. Those interested in the journey are asked to contact us by email or phone using the contacts listed on the last page of the invitation.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n

Friday 2.5. Lib\u011bchov \u2013 eve of wandering in the Magic Garden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will set off on our journey from Lib\u011bchov on Saturday, May 3rd at 8 am, but on Friday, May 2nd we cordially invite you to Pilgrimage evening in the \u201cMAGIC GARDEN\u201d<\/strong>, which is managed by the association V\u0161echno dob\u0159e dop\u0159ek. The evening will start at 8 pm and together with Ivo Kokment we will introduce you to the project The Paths of Poetry KH M<\/em>. and A wandering university of nature<\/em>You can find the way to the Magic Garden here: http:\/\/www.vsechnodobredopadne.cz\/?page_id=15<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday 3. 5.: Lib\u011bchov \u2013Houska (29 km)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will meet in Lib\u011bchov on N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed V\u00e1clava Lev\u00e9ho by the castle, from where we will set off at 8 am. We will follow the blue tourist trail towards the mysterious rock sculptures in the Nad Hubenovem forest. \u2013Mary Magdalene Cave<\/em>, Harpists <\/em>and Snakes \u2013<\/em>, which are attributed to the sculptor V\u00e1clav Lev\u00fd. From the rock with the relief of the Snake we descend to Stupid<\/em>From Tupady we will continue past the neo-Romanesque chateau Slavin<\/em>following the green tourist trail through Kingdom<\/em>to Osinalick\u00fd saddle<\/em>and on Rac <\/em>(360 m above sea level), on whose crest we will visit a remarkable medieval rock castle Deserted castle<\/em>. \u2014 From here we follow the yellow trail to the top Unknowing <\/em>(458 m above sea level), from where there is a beautiful circular view of the region. From Nedv\u011bz\u00ed we continue along the yellow and blue paths to St\u0159ezivojice <\/em>andO<\/em>from there via Kosteli\u010dky to a beautiful rock mine, through which we will walk all the way to Sheep's Hill <\/em>(366 m above sea level) and to the charming village Olesno <\/em>with a row of old half-timbered houses, where the sculptor Petr C\u00edsa\u0159ovsk\u00fd, the author of the PILGRIM logo, lives. (see: www.cisarovsky.com) From Ole\u0161no we will go down to the road and from there we will take the red beautiful old path through the beech forest below the hill Druclik <\/em>(480 m above sea level) to the hill with the castle Bun \u2013<\/em>There is a unique view of the landscape from here with the impressive twin mountains of Mal\u00fd and Velk\u00fd Bezd\u011bz on the horizon. We will visit Lu\u0148\u00e1k's Chapel<\/em> with charming paintings of saints by Vendula C\u00edsa\u0159ovsk\u00e1 and we will refresh our tired bodies in the well-known pub "Na konci sil". At night we will visit the beech forest above the House Castle, where we will listen to the "the majestic roar of the forests" <\/em>(KHM) and if the night is clear we will observe the stars.<\/em>We will spend the night at Houska. <\/p>\n\n\n

Sunday 4.5: Houska \u2013 Bo\u0159ejov \u2013 Okna \u2013 Bezd\u011bz (17 km)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The next day we set off from Buns<\/em>follow the blue tourist trail to the crossroads at Smrkov\u00fd h\u0159eben and from there follow the yellow trail to Borejova<\/em>to the Baroque church of St. James the Elder with a modern altarpiece of the pilgrim St. James. There is a beautiful view of Bezd\u011bz and Houska from here. From Bo\u0159ejov we will continue toThe eater<\/em> and from there past the house of the poet \u010carod\u011bj OZ (Lubom\u00edr Dro\u017ed\u011b) along a dirt road under the Tachov hill to Windows <\/em>and then through the forest following the green sign to the village of Bezd\u011bz. From there we climb a beautiful steep rocky path to the summit Without fear <\/em>(604 m above sea level) with the castle. We will visit the castle with its beautiful Gothic chapel, climb the lookout tower and enjoy the distant view of the landscape. We will remember Karel Hynek by reading his prose "Evening at Bezd\u011bzu". We will go down to the village of Bezd\u011bz and return by train to Prague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
